Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases made through the official Braquette website.

● All returns are processed as store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
● Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
● Store credits are valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
● All items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and unwashed—with original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as those with makeup stains or any scent (perfume, etc.), will not be accepted. Custom orders,
sale items, and previously issued store credits cannot be returned.
● All orders placed during sales are final. Items purchased as part of a final sale, archive sale, end-of-season sale, or any other
discounted offer on the website are not eligible for return or exchange.
● Only authorized returns will be processed. Any unauthorized returns will be refused, and the customer must arrange for the collection
of their items.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours at [insert email] with your order number and images of
the issue. Refunds will be issued within 8-10 working days of receiving the returned item at our facility.

Additional Notes
● Orders placed using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
● If you choose to ship a garment back to us, Braquette will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during the return shipment.

 

International Returns & Exchanges
